Staff Development Supervisor ( RN )

JOB DESCRIPTION The Staff Development Supervisor (RN) will: Identify, develop, and plan appropriate staff development programs to support agency needs to provide optimum patient outcomes Research, coordinate, and establish new programs for the agency Handle other duties, as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS 5+ years of relevant work experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Home Care background Knowledge of JCAHO, DOH, NYSS, DSS regulatory and accrediting agencies Experience with quality indicators of programs, focusing on measure outcomes Experience with in servicing staff on new programs, including Student Nursing, Pharmacy, and Medical Students Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills Master's Degree in Nursing Previous experience in a Management role CHHA background J145797
Salary Range: $95K - $120K
Minimum Qualification
5 - 7 years

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
