We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
This position requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and room setup - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Experience in event planning is a bonus If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
