E-Commerce Multi-Talented Assistant Overview:
FOX'S is looking for a dynamic, detail-orientated Multi-Talented Assistant to join our e-commerce team in our distribution center in Mineola, NY.
This is a multi-faceted position that assists in all daily tasks.
This position involves collaboration with the e-commerce team to optimize warehouse organization and maintain a well-structured inventory space.
Strong communication skills are a plus as you will be responsible for answering customer service phone calls/emails and solving customer inquiries.
The main responsibility is to prepare and pack orders efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Position also includes assisting team with photo shoot set ups, participating in special projects, and performing other duties as assigned.
This is a long term role as we are looking for someone committed to contributing to the success of our company.
Previous retail experience in women's clothing or e-commerce operations is a plus.
Applicant must be Long Island based and to local to our distribution center in Mineola, NY.
