I currently require assistance with handling day to day operations.
On the residential side, we handle all aspects of home improvement.
On the commercial side, we handle painting with an emphasis on airless spraying.
Job sourcing and delivering materials to jobs.
This means that you will have to communicate with on-site crew chiefs and coordinate with them.
I will be helping you with this and gradually be easing you into being able to do the job solo.
Candidates must be:
Able to communicate, organized, resourceful enough to research an unfamiliar item if asked to pick up from a store or ask a store associate for help, willing to drive to multiple places to secure items, willing to drive into Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens.
Essentially I need someone who is self-sufficient enough that I can delegate responsibilities to, and I will never ask you to do anything I would be unwilling to do myself.
Experience is preferable, but it is not a requirement so long as you are willing to put the effort in to meet the demands of the job.
Base pay is $900/week with pay on a weekly basis, and if you can handle the responsibility I will be willing to increase compensation to $1,200 a week before the end of your first year.
