No Job Description My client is looking for a receptionist to support the office and be the initial contact for visitors on-site and on the phone.
Qualifications MAIN
Responsibilities:
Support the front desk- handle all incoming/outgoing calls, and all guests, deal with regular and certified mail.
Will need to be extremely organized to track mailing dates, return receipts, scan, save in an organized system, and update the tracking files.
Work closely with conference rooms for all schedules and meetings.
Fax and scanning of documents, making copies, and support all internal/external documents for the firm.
Ensure inventory of pantry and supply rooms are up to date.
Direct and transfer clients to the correct staff member Copy/Scan/Save to WD & email all client documents Receive CA/CC/Money Order Payments Meet with clients at the front desk to sign any forms, Affidavits, Retainers, and ACH as needed MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3
years in a similar role and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bi-lingual is a plus Job Type:
