- Inspect, repair, and customize firearms according to customer specifications - Disassemble and reassemble firearms for cleaning, maintenance, or repair - Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues with firearms - Replace or repair damaged or malfunctioning firearm parts - Install accessories and modifications on firearms - Test fire firearms to ensure proper functionality and accuracy - Provide customer service and answer inquiries about firearms Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gunsmith or similar role - In-depth knowledge of firearms, including different types, models, and manufacturers - Proficiency in using gunsmithing tools and equipment - Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and customer service skills Firearm Maintenance and Repair:
Gunsmiths are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing firearms.
They disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble firearms to ensure proper functioning.
